Sit and reach is the most common test in sports to measure body flexibility. The objective of the test is to monitor the development of the athlete's lower back and hamstring flexibility.
The sit and reach test result is called individual flexibility score or FlexiScore. Analysis of the sit and reach result is done by comparing it with the results of previous tests. It is expected that with appropriate training between each test the analysis would indicate an improvement. The improvement or in some cases the downfall of FlexiScore level is evaluated and recorded.
