My Life as a Pole Athlete

Dance Background: Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Modern Jazz.
First time Pole Dance: I have started practicing Pole Dancing in 2009, because I was influenced by Felix Cane.
Favorite Pole Trick: Janeiro, Russian Split.
Most inspiring Pole Athlete: Felix Cane: She is sophisticated, very fluidity, and dynamic.
Training Times: 4 or 5 days a week, 2 hours per day (depends on my body condition).
How I define Pole Dance: Pole Dancing is good for the total body workout and being healthy. It is a new Dance Category for expression on the stage.
Pole Dance is...: Sexy, Strong, Gorgeous
Pole Dance vs. Pole Fitness: Pole Dancing has freedom of expression. Pole Fitness is very academic.
Be a Dancer or Judge: Judge.
Titles I hold: Miss Pole Dance Japan 2012 (Fifth Place).
Reason to quit Pole Dancing: Never quit Pole Dancing!
