My Life as a Pole Athlete
| Dance Background: | I have never done anything before pole dancing. Just the piano. |

| First time Pole Dance: | I think i always wanted to be a dancer. But my family could not give it to me. So when i was 18 years old I decided to try something different, really unique. Somehow the word Pole came to my mind. And I decided to try. And fell in love with it during the first class... |

| Favorite Pole Trick: | So many! But my favorite is The Rainbow! |

| Most inspiring Pole Athlete: | I have a lot of people who inspire me - Pole Dancers, circus artists and dancers. But most of all those who point their toes, hihi, who are artistic. |

| Training Times: | Depends on the mood and health. If I prepare myself for a Pole competition or Pole showcase it is almost every day and 2 hours each class. I start with a really good warm up, do some stretching and then power Pole, or Pole tricks. Usually it is 5 days per week. |

| How I define Pole Dance: | Pole Dance - It is a beautiful mix of dance, tricks, power and flexibility. |

| Pole Dance is...: | Art, Flexibility, Flight. |

| Pole Dance vs. Pole Fitness: | For me Pole Fitness is more about powerful tricks, strict execution, stamina. Pole Dance is more about dance, story, flow, artist and it is not so strict with tricks. |

| Be a Dancer or Judge: | I think I prefer to join a competition as a dancer. |
